We all want leaders who inspire us.  We want leaders who germinate a seed within us that will enthusiastically sprout.  Ronald Reagan and Martin Luther King were such leaders.

Inspirational leaders galvanize an organization to move in new directions.  They encourage individuals to grow professionally and personally and help provide the resources to promote that growth.  They are passionate and enthusiastic about what they do; they are genuine.  They are unrelenting optimists and bring seemingly boundless energy to what they do.
