Dear School Employee,

This year your school leader is attending a six-month leadership professional development with PREPS through William Carey University. One requirement of this training is to acquire feedback from you regarding his/her current leadership. To that end, please complete the 3-minute assessment below. Your survey will go directly to an independent third party.

Please understand that your leader WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL SCORES. Only the overall results of the survey will be shared. Thank you in advance for your honest feedback in helping your leader grow.
