The GPS Model and Imprinting

So, why is it that some people just seem to naturally make all of the right decisions, seem to have just the right temperament in the most trying of times, and tend to be calm and collected when the 'heat is on?"

Some of those leaders have 'learned' over time how to best handle the difficult situations; others however, have been imprinted either with a genetic predisposition or very early in their life in various leadership settings.  Those with a genetic predisposition toward leadership begin with very strong characteristics in each of the component parts of Leadership Intelligence.  They are born leaders.  The other 95%, can learn (or be trained).
